What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial groundskeeper/custodian position at H5 Maintenance Company?
We have an immediate opening for a groundskeeper/custodian
Job is maintaining a large commercial property, mostly exterior, keeping landscape, sidewalks and curbs clean and clear of trash or debris. Also includes minor custodial tasks like emptying trash cans daily, wiping down lids and windowsills as needed, and cleaning of employee spaces/restrooms.
Current shifts available :40 hours per week, M-F and 16 hours, S -S
Daily hours are 8am to 4pm
The right candidate must have/be able to:
Be punctual
Work independently
A valid driver's licenses and clean MVR
Work well with others
Follow instructions
Maintain professional appearance and behavior
Be active during shift
Take care of daily requirements and urgent situations that arise throughout the shift
Starting pay is $17.00 per hour
