Part-Time Caregiver — Lewisburg, PA
H3 Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to provide non-medical assistance to a participant in their home in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay: $13.50 per hour.
- 20 hours per week, working five days.
- Shift: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Workdays vary each week and may include Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is required to understand the participant’s needs and provide safe care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily activities as outlined in the participant’s care plan.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the participant’s care.
- Provide companionship and respectful support.
- Assist with mobility as directed by the care plan and training.
- Observe and promptly report changes in the participant’s condition, safety concerns, and incidents to the office.
- Accurately record attendance and care activities using the agency’s electronic system.
- Follow agency procedures and protect the participant’s privacy and dignity.
Qualifications
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Availability for the stated hours and rotating workdays, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the participant’s home.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate professionally with the participant and office staff.
- Willingness to complete required training and employment screening.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
