Sales Reservation Agent

We are seeking a passionate Sales and Reservations Agent to join our team.  The successful candidate will field inquiries for individuals who are interested in improving their health and wellness through Hilton Head Health’s destination weight loss and wellness programs. The role includes a combination of lead generation and lead nurturing for individuals, couples, and groups; and is responsible for handling the customer relationship from inquiry through booking, and then follow-up nurturing post stay to foster return visits. A Sales and Reservation Agent must be able to listen and communicate effectively, express empathy, inform and encourage, perform simple rate calculations, think quickly, and uphold policies such as change/cancellation of reservations. Must also be proficient with data entry into CMS and PMS systems. HubSpot/Zoho and Sales Force experience a plus. Responsible for daily sales of the reservation bookings as H3’s main revenue segment, the Sales Consultant should be driven and motivated to reach target sales goals.

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales position within the Hospitality field preferred

Schedule:

• Office Hours: 9am - 6pm
• Participate in rotation for remote on-call responsibilities for nights/weekend coverage.

Compensation: Base Salary Monthly/Quarterly incentives
