We are seeking a passionate Program Concierge to our expanding Guest Services department. The Program Concierge’s main responsibility consists of providing remarkable customer service by assisting guests with arrival, departure, and all needs during their stay. Duties include managing the welcome desk, handling the process for arriving and departing guests, organizing recreational activities for the guests including bike rentals, scheduling individual appointments for in-house services as well as off-site services, providing concierge services, communicating maintenance, and housekeeping requests for guest accommodations and transporting guests as needed. This position also calls guests prior to their arrival to finalize their transportation needs and pre-schedule any appointments or activities. Furthermore, they are responsible for working with our guests and drivers to manage the transportation schedule. You will also be required to work a shift in our wonderful Indigo Spa.
Must be proficient with computers and software systems.
