What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Engineer position at H2R Corp?
Candidate will be working on a variety of projects, requiring multiple skill sets. Candidates with experience in Quality Assurance services for deep foundations are a plus including dynamic testing of driven pilings. Candidate may also perform integrity testing of drilled shaft foundations. Willing to occasionally travel, and be able to work independently to manage field work and coordinate with contractors and inspectors. Candidate will also work on engineering projects, assisting in proposal preparation, support field investigations, soil laboratory testing, and geotechnical instrumentation. The position will also require the design and analysis of shallow and deep foundation for bridges and other structures, retaining walls, stability and seepage analyses of levees and roadway embankments, settlement estimates, and ground improvement assessments for complex sites.
Requirements: 1-5 yrs experience, EIT and Master’s in Civil Engineering preferred.
