Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support our daily bottled water delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable with basic paperwork, proficient in computer skills, and able to think logically to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic administrative paperwork, filing, and data entry.
- Use computer systems to manage delivery schedules, customer information, and inventory records.
- Assist with coordinating daily delivery routes and supporting drivers as needed.
- Monitor bottle returns, dispenser rentals, and customer account updates.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner regarding delivery changes or inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to management.
Requirements:
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work logically and proactively in daily operations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior administrative or operations support experience is a plus, but not required.
