• Utilize Yardi software to maintain accurate records of property and tenant data.

• Proven experience in property management, including residential or commercial properties.
• Familiarity with leasing procedures and tenant relations.
• Strong understanding of housing regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management tasks.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data for income calculations and program eligibility.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with landlords, tenants, and agency representatives.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
