Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Administrator based in Coatesville, PA. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer support. The role also involves fostering positive customer experiences, communicating clearly and effectively, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
