This role involves arranging services, providing emergency response support, reviewing customer account history, and assisting with inquiries related to transfers, billing, and collections. CSR 1 also supports Field Service workers by accessing customer information and entering notes to facilitate customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through answering incoming calls, emails and written correspondence that come through the call center.
- Address inquiries and complaints about transfers, billing, service issues, collections, and payments; create work orders.
- Access, review and edit (if needed) customer records to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
- Assist Field Service workers by retrieving customer information and adding notes to support service responses, scheduling appointments if necessary.
- Use the Customer Information System (CIS) to access data and generate reports.
- Follow all safety standards (e.g., company manual, OSHA).

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
