We’re looking for a detail-oriented Food Expeditor (Expo) to join our team in a busy, upscale dining environment in Healdsburg. If you thrive in fast-paced service, have a great eye for presentation, and love being the critical link between the kitchen and front-of-house, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and organize orders at the pass
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and presentation of every dish
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to maintain flow
- Help deliver an exceptional guest experience through timing and precision
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Team player with great communication skills
- Expo/Food runner experience required
