Operations Processor, GPL - Implementation, Maintenance, & Quality

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking to hire an Operations Processor to be part of Global Payments & Liquidity Group supporting Implementation, Maintenance, & Quality Assurance function. In this role, you will: Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices Collect data and prepare related operational reports Prepare input forms for automated data processing system Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties Coordinate projects Furnish information to authorized persons Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation Required Qualifications: At least two ( 2 ) years' experience in operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education. Desired Qualifications: At least two (2) years of college education, preferably Banking & Finance, Business related course Over ( 2 ) years' professional experience in the Financial Services Preferably with strong knowledge in MS Excel and its advance features Preferably with professional experience in QA tasks or function Strong written and verbal English communication skills Job Expectations: Applicants must be amenable to work full-time onsite. Applicants must be amenable to work on shifting (mid, night shift) Applicants must be amenable to work during PHL holiday Provides maintenance and implementation support for moderately complex treasury management products and services. Coordinates with customer service representatives regarding submitted customer requests. Ensures customer implementation data is accurately captured/recorded, and systems are correctly installed. Communicates product dependencies and establishes timeline for implementation. Acts as a liaison between the client, sales officers, vendors, Relationship Managers and client services as needed to deliver quality services that meet client needs.
