In this role, you will: Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature Receive, log, batch, and distribute work File, photocopy, and answer phones Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Work under close supervision following established procedures Required Qualifications: 6 months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in banking/Financial Services Strong communication skills both written and spoken Job Expectations: Ensure accurate data entry, document verification, and processing of transactions within defined timelines. Follow established procedures and work under close supervision while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and use multiple systems to complete operational tasks efficiently. Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and risk guidelines. Demonstrate basic analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in daily operations. Be flexible to work in shifts (including night shifts) and adapt to business requirements. Continuously learn processes, systems, and improve efficiency in operations.
