Installer-closets and shower doors

We are seeking Installers of closet shelving, mirrors, shower doors, bath accessories, toilet partitions, and other miscellaneous hardware in new and existing homes. Our installers are an essential part of the H2 team and key to our success with our customers. H2’s ideal candidate will have a passion for professional quality service and installation as well as a strong commitment to our team. Prior construction/finished carpentry experience is preferred. The ability to accurately read a tape measure is required. We offer comprehensive training in a team environment.

This position starts as entry level and allows any motivated individual to progress through training to become a lead installer.

• Adaptive and flexible with the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Complete required paperwork for each job.

Please respond with resume/work history. H2, LLC requires pre-employment drug screening and valid driver's license. Hourly training rate for 60 days (depending on previous work experience). After training we offer piece rate with most installers making $25.00 to over $30.00 per hour.

Physical Demands:

Employee must be able to bend, turn, twist, climb, squat, reach, and stand throughout entire shift. Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 60 pounds from knee and/or ground level to waist and/or chest level. Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 60 pounds. Must be able to lift 30 pounds above head. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires the employee to be in a standing position up to 90% of the day. Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance.
