What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Driver - Special Event position at H2 Event Group?
H2 Event Group is seeking Executive Drivers to assist with transporting clients to and from designated locations affiliated with a large special event scheduled to take place in Dallas, TX
*Candidates local to Dallas, TX and neighboring metro area will be given priority
*Seeking candidates bilingual in English and Korean
Candidate Expectations
Drivers must maintain a positive, professional attitude and appearance while transporting VIP clients to various designated locations throughout the event.
Must be 25 years of age or older
Must have valid personal auto insurance policy
Must possess a valid drivers license
Event Details
Dates - July 1- 8 AND July 12 -15
Availability is required for all of the days listed in the date ranges provided
*call times and daily shift schedules are not available at this time
Daily Schedule / Hours
Shifts up to 14 consecutive hours per day
Vehicle Types
Sedan / SUV / Minivan / Sprinter Van
Candidates must be comfortable driving all vehicle types listed above
Professional Appearance Expectations
- All clothing must be clean, pressed, and free of rips, stains, or tears.
- Jewelry is permitted; however, facial piercings are not permitted during working hours.
- All tattoos must be covered during working hours.
Uniform Requirements
(Business Attire):
Full suit including a white button-down shirt, dress pants, suit jacket, neutral-colored tie, and black dress shoes.
Additional Position Requirements
Completion and submission of a background check is required.
Candidates must provide their own uniform.
Familiarity with the Dallas, TX area is preferred.
