Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8 years experience in a relevant technical domain or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of a multi-partner investment or incentive program, including budget accountability.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise ERP or CRM platform.
- Experience with ISV go-to-market motions and familiarity with AI agent platforms.
- A track record of influencing without authority across various organizations.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills.
- Own partner sales capacity investment programs that build partner selling capabilities.
- Build and sustain executive relationships across the partner portfolio.
- Lead Microsoft's engagement with Business Applications ISVs building solutions and extensions.
- Accelerate ISV adoption of Microsoft's agent platform strategy.
- Represent the partner ecosystem in internal planning forums and external events.
