Job Description

The role is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining the high performance and productivity of KLA products through a flexible portfolio of services. The team collaborates with field teams and customers across various business sectors. The position requires troubleshooting and technical proficiency in software, electronics, and mechanical systems. Candidates will engage in ongoing technical training to enhance their knowledge of company equipment and diagnostic techniques.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems in software and electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems.
• Analytical skills and knowledge of computer theory, various operating systems, and applicable operating system software.
• Basic automation functionality on assigned equipment set and preventive maintenance aspects.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency is required.
• Basic Semiconductor industry process knowledge is required.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and failures in software and electronic systems.
• Complete ongoing technical training to acquire thorough knowledge of company equipment.
• Develop technical proficiency in understanding automation with exposure to various systems.
• Work under pressure and with stringent timelines to minimize customer impact.
• Collaborate with senior engineers or managers for preventive maintenance tasks.
