Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience supporting biologics, vaccine, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Strong scientific problem-solving and process optimization skills.
- Lead or support the commercialization of new vaccine products by partnering with R&D on scale-up, technology transfer, registration, and validation activities.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, process robustness, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Execute technology transfers and develop robust manufacturing control strategies to ensure successful implementation into commercial production.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments using Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical tools to solve complex manufacturing and process challenges.
- Author technical documentation, manufacturing procedures, and SAP material planning models while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Documentation Practices.
