Position Overview: Director of Sales
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Director of Sales to build lasting client relationships. This role requires someone with proven experience in hotel sales, strong negotiation skills, and a talent for identifying new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies

Conducting market research

Building Locally Negotiated accounts

Working with Hilton Worldwide Sales to secure and build revenue from Corporate Negotiated accounts

Securing group stays and event bookings

Collaborating with our sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth

As an ambassador of the hotel, taking an active part in the community is an important aspect of the position.

A minimum of five years of hospitality sales experience, Hilton/Hampton sales experience preferred

A valid driver’s license

Willingness to travel locally is required.
