- Perform and oversee 120v/12v electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Utilize construction skills for structural repairs, modifications, and rebuilds.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to maintain RV integrity and prevent leaks.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with shop standards.
- Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management regarding repair progress and needs.
- Assist in diagnosing complex repair issues and provide guidance to technicians.
- Manage tool inventory and ensure proper use of hand tools and equipment.
