Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Superintendent. The Electrical Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Key day-to-day responsibilities include supervising electrical teams, ensuring project quality, safety compliance, troubleshooting electrical systems, and collaborating with clients and other stakeholders. The role requires active participation in managing schedules, resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and coordinate teams effectively
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Electricity and Electrical Contracting
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving electrical system issues
- Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to safety compliance and promoting workplace safety
- Ability to effectively manage time-sensitive project deadlines
- Experience in the commercial or industrial construction industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses, preferably in electrical contracting or engineering
