We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager who thrives in either (both is a bonus!) the shop or field environments, and knows how to keep boots moving, welders welding, and clients happy. If you can lead with grit, organize chaos, and deliver top-tier results on time and on budget—you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Full Lifecycle Project Ownership – From kickoff to closeout, you’ll lead metal fabrication, millwright, piping, and custom industrial builds with confidence.
• Shop & Field Coordination – Navigate between the fabrication shop and job sites like a pro.
• Team Leadership – Motivate skilled tradespeople to hit milestones and crush expectations.
• Client & Crew Communication – Keep everyone—from welders to owners—in the loop and aligned.
• Budget & Timeline Management – Build it right, on time, and on budget.
• Safety & Quality Focus – Our standards are high because our people and clients deserve nothing less.

What You Bring:

• Proven Project Leadership in metal fabrication, industrial piping, and/or millwright work.
• A hands-on, boots-on-the-ground mindset—you know what it takes in the field and on paper.
• Strong organizational chops and the ability to juggle multiple active jobs without dropping the ball.
• Top-tier communication skills
• An obsession with safety, quality, and getting the job done right the first time.
