What You’ll Do:
- Equipment Installation & Maintenance: Install, assemble, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems with precision.
- Troubleshooting Master: Diagnose mechanical issues, perform adjustments, and ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Alignment Expert: Perform alignment of machinery components using specialized tools and techniques to maintain efficiency.
- Blueprint Interpreter: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installations and repairs.
- Hands-On Work: Operate a variety of tools, including hoists, welders, and precision measuring instruments, to complete tasks effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals and travel as needed to complete projects at job sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or in a related field.
- Skills: Expertise in interpreting blueprints and schematic; Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Safety Minded: Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Team Player: A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a dedication to teamwork.
