Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with speed and accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic records, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing entries with source documents and correcting discrepancies promptly
- Perform data collection tasks from various sources, including forms, reports, and digital records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports that support team operations
- Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions and updates in relevant systems
- Support clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, transcribing audio or written content, and organizing office supplies
Experience
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles within an office environment
- Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—demonstrating strong computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining focus on detail-oriented tasks
- Prior experience with data collection, transcription, or order entry is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for verifying figures and performing calculations within spreadsheets or reports
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous office experience involving filing systems, administrative support, or data management is preferred
