Receptionist / Accounting Assistant
Job Duties include
- Walk in greeting and phone call routing
- Accounting support and data entry
- Project Manager support and subcontract administration
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Website updating
- Occasional errands around the Siouxland area
The position requires general computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. The candidate will need to be well organized and able to multi-task with multiple deadlines. The position will work 30-40 hours per week.
