Title - Quality Assurance and 508 Compliance Analyst
Client - IRS
Location - Washington, DC

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance and 508 Compliance
Analyst to ensure the integrity and accessibility of all project documentation and deliverables
for the IRS. This critical administrative role ensures all project outputs meet mandatory federal
accessibility standards and PWS quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Validation: Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, and technical

artifacts conform with Section 508 compliance regulations, including all applicable
provisions and technical standards.

• Quality Control Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the

effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) to identify, prevent, and ensure the non-
recurrence of defective services.

• Process Assurance: Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and written documents

are completed accurately and submitted timely.

• Reporting & Review: Provide comprehensive bi-weekly status reports covering

schedule, deliverables, action items, risks, and mitigations. Manage the government's
feedback cycle, ensuring rapid and accurate incorporation of comments.
Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or technical compliance role, with

significant experience supporting federal government contracts and interpreting Section
508 requirements.

• Familiarity with the structure and requirements of M365 cloud services documentation

and technical reporting.

• Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in managing complex project tracking

documentation.
Highly Desired Certifications

• Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
• Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
