What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Associate position at H&P Executive Search?
H&P Executive Search is advising a long-term client on an upcoming multi-hire project for their growing Real Estate practice.
Having successfully supported this Law firm on several lateral hires we are well placed to comment on the balance they've found between being a regional powerhouse known for high quality work and genuine work-life balance.
The last point being a deal maker for the last 3 attorneys we've lateraled in.
The firm is currently seeking to lateral at two key levels:
- Associate: 4–7 years’
- Counsel / Partner-level: 15–20 years’
Job Specification:
- Experience with commercial real estate transactions, commercial lending & transactional matters
- Experience with Real estate secured and asset backed loans, Construction loans, permanent financing, public-private financing
- Ability to run transactions independent of Partner over-sight
- Candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, and property management agreements
This role can be remote or based at any of the firms 4 offices across South Florida.
