What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Specialist position at H&P Executive Search?

Please note that this is a fully office-based role (5 days per week on-site) with limited WFH flexibility.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Approximately 5 years’ experience investigating medical claims within a major insurer
- Strong understanding of policy coverage, civil liability law, and general claims handling principles
- Strong commercial acumen combined with an agile and solution-oriented mindset
