2nd Shift Forklift Operator

The Mission (Monday to Friday 4:00PM - 12:30AM PLUS Overtime)

This is a high-impact, 3PL environment where boredom doesn't exist. As a core member of our 2nd Shift, you will:

• Master the Floor: Operate Stand-up forklifts with precision.
• Own the Workflow: Load/unload trucks and manage inventory using our WMS and RF Scanners.
• Be the "Glue": We are looking for the "Step-Up" personality—the person who notices when a teammate is slammed and jumps in to help without being asked.
• Solve Problems: Work as a unit to hit daily goals and ensure our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Experience: At least 2 years of solid experience on Stand-up forklifts. 3PL or Inventory experience is preferred.
• The Stamina: You’re comfortable on your feet and capable of lifting up to 50lbs throughout the shift - bag stacking may be required from time to time.
• The Reliability: You’re looking for a "home," not just a job. You show up for your team and your customers every day.
• The Clean Record: You can successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana).
