The Mission (Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM PLUS Overtime)
This is a high-impact, 3PL environment where boredom doesn't exist. As a core member of our 1st Shift, you will:
- Master the Floor: Operate Stand-up forklifts with precision.
- Own the Workflow: Load/unload trucks and manage inventory using our WMS and RF Scanners.
- Be the "Glue": We are looking for the "Step-Up" personality—the person who notices when a teammate is slammed and jumps in to help without being asked.
- Solve Problems: Work as a unit to hit daily goals and ensure our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.
What You Bring to the Team
- The Experience: At least 2 years of solid experience on Stand-up forklifts. 3PL or Inventory experience is preferred.
- The Stamina: You’re comfortable on your feet and capable of lifting up to 50lbs throughout the shift - bag stacking may be required from time to time.
- The Reliability: You’re looking for a "home," not just a job. You show up for your team and your customers every day.
- The Clean Record: You can successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (including marijuana).
