Job Overview
Looking to play a crucial part this winter? H&M is looking for Snow Removal Employees this winter season. Work close to your house in the Northeast Ohio area including Lake, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage and Geauga Counties.
Responsibilities -What you’ll do:
- Operating snowplows and tractors equipped with plows.
- Clearing snow from roads, parking lots, and other areas.
- Spreading salt and sand for ice control.
- Maintaining equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition.
Who we’re looking for:
- Willing to be on-call 24/7 when snow falls.
- Knowledgeable of basic snow removal practices.
- Familiarity with snow removal equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various types of equipment effectively.
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape installation is a plus.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work long hours in harsh winter conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Plow truck with equipment $55 /hr
Bobcat Operator with equipment $65 /hr
Large Loader $90 /hr
Walkway with UTV $30 /hr
