Job Overview

Looking to play a crucial part this winter? H&M is looking for Snow Removal Employees this winter season. Work close to your house in the Northeast Ohio area including Lake, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage and Geauga Counties.

Responsibilities -What you’ll do:

• Operating snowplows and tractors equipped with plows.
• Clearing snow from roads, parking lots, and other areas.
• Spreading salt and sand for ice control.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition.

Who we’re looking for:

• Willing to be on-call 24/7 when snow falls.
• Knowledgeable of basic snow removal practices.
• Familiarity with snow removal equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain various types of equipment effectively.
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction practices related to hardscape installation is a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to work long hours in harsh winter conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Sub contractors (must have own equipment):

Plow truck with equipment $55 /hr

Bobcat Operator with equipment $65 /hr

Large Loader $90 /hr

Walkway with UTV $30 /hr

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
