Greenwood Contractors, Inc. is hiring experienced Machine Operators for the 2026–2027 snow season.
We are looking for dependable operators to help maintain commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio during snow and ice events.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating skid steers, loaders and other snow-removal equipment
- Plowing, pushing, stacking and relocating snow
- Clearing commercial parking lots and designated areas
- Following property-specific snow removal instructions
- Performing basic equipment inspections before and during use
- Communicating with route supervisors throughout snow events
Applicants should:
- Have experience operating skid steers, loaders or similar equipment
- Snow-removal experience is strongly preferred
- Be dependable and available on short notice
- Be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours during storms
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a larger snow operation
