Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-ups
- Promote and sell company products/services to healthcare and pharmacy-focused clients
- Build, manage, and nurture strong customer relationships through consistent engagement
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Support teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals
- Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the team
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and partners
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and sales performance
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to support strategy development
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and marketing targets
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or pharmacy-related sales or marketing
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, pharmacy operations, or industry regulations
- Hands-on experience with trade shows, events, or field marketing activities
