Pay and Benefits
- Full time.
- Salary Position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Pay: Up to $45,000 per year.

Job Duties
· Manage a team of workers, including project installation, project process and resource allocation, record start and stop times, and keep all documents organized related to the job.
· Work alongside and with labor staff during the preparation and installation of the project.
· Collaborate with clients, designers, and managers during the project.
· Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with shop staff, vendors, and suppliers.
· Job site preparation for project, installation of products, cleanup of job site.
· Snow removal during the winter months operating a truck with snow plow.
Requirements
· Valid U.S. driver’s license.
· Extensive installation knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, landscape lighting and planting materials.
· Extensive knowledge of knowing how to operate a Caterpillar skid loader or related equipment and a truck with trailer. (No CDL required).
· Work Monday through Friday starting at 7AM and ending no later than 5PM.
· Ability to lift up to 100lbs throughout the day.
· Ability to bend, stoop and kneel throughout the day.
· Access to reliable transportation.
· No DUI or other convictions within the last 5 years.
