Phone Receptionist (Temporary)

Description

H&H Color Lab is a market leader in creative product and business solutions for photographers, partnering with professional photography studios from capture and sales to final delivery of photographic prints and products.

H&H Color Lab is seeking a Temporary Phone Receptionist to answer incoming calls, route calls to the appropriate person and provide clerical support to the customer service department.

Position is expected to start as early as 05/11/2026 and end mid-December 2026.

Pay $17.00 per hour.

The regular work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Duties

• Answers, screens and directs incoming phone calls to the appropriate person using a multi-line phone system.
• Receives mail and distributes internally.
• Prepares the monthly mailing of customers’ account statements.
• Processes customer credit/debits and enters/posts check deposits in software system.
• Supports the customer service department by performing clerical and administrative tasks as requested.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have the ability to read, comprehend, and interpret instructions at a level normally acquired through a high school education
• Must be friendly and possess excellent verbal communication skills
• Familiar with operating a multi-line phone system
• Knowledge of computer applications including, but not limited to, Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Able to prioritize, organize, and plan work under own initiative
• Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
• Able to work independently without close supervision
• Able to work with others in a professional manner
• Able to arrive to work every day, on time and ready to work
• Maintain honesty & always strive to do the right thing
