Position Overview:
PhoneFIXation is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Technician to oversee daily repair operations, ensure high-quality service, and support a team of technicians. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Lead, train, and mentor technicians to maintain consistent service quality and efficiency
• Oversee workflow, ensuring timely completion of repairs and adherence to company standards
• Manage inventory of parts and tools, including ordering and tracking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repair options, timelines, and costs
• Handle escalated technical issues and customer concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing duties when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools
• Sales experience or comfort recommending products and services
