PARTS ADVISOR

SUMMARY:
The Parts Counter Person provides the direct interface with the retail customer or with the service department technician to sell the needed parts and accessories in a courteous and timely fashion.
REPORTS TO:
Parts Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Pull purchased parts from stock.
Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received
Source all parts that are being requested per ReconTrac
Process parts invoices and PO’s
Communicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested
Properly estimate parts with three different available options
Any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Parts Manager
