Responsibilities
Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries promptly
Follow up with potential customers through phone, text, and email
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Build relationships with customer and provide excellent service
Work closely with the sales team to help drive dealership sales
Qualifications
Previous automotive BDC or car sales experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Customer service and sales - oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast - paced environment
Self - motivated with strong work ethic
Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
