We are seeking driven, people-oriented individuals to join our team as a Sales Support Associate for LeafGuard, serving customers across Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll connect with customers, introduce them to LeafGuard's one-piece gutter protection system, and help them decide what they need! You'll also receive hands-on training designed to develop your communication, sales, and professional leadership skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of our Sales Support Associate:
- Build genuine rapport with customers in the community and introduce them to LeafGuard's gutter protection system
- Explain how LeafGuard eliminates the need for gutter cleaning and helps protect a home from water damage
- Identify homeowner interest and schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates for our sales team
- Represent the LeafGuard throughout the Pennsylvania market
- Accurately track and report daily outreach activity and appointment results
- Answer customers' questions and address concerns to build trust from the very first conversation
- Work collaboratively with your team to hit daily and weekly appointment-setting goals while participating in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities
Qualifications We Look For in a Sales Support Associate:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with customers quickly
- Positive, motivated, and coachable with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Comfortably approaching customers constantly
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a full daily schedule and multiple customer conversations
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided
- Reliable transportation to travel in Pennsylvania
