The Entry Level Account Manager is expected to:
- Master the customer-facing fundamentals by leading from the front in residential marketing territories.
- Oversee appointment setting operations to ensure the branch meets its daily lead-generation quotas.
- Selling and promoting Leafguard solutions to understand the "front-line" reality of our sales force.
- Balancing team-wide competition with a collaborative culture that focuses on collective branch success.
- Mentoring junior staff on how to maintain high-performance standards while providing elite customer care.
- Conducting performance reviews that focus on both technical sales skills and interpersonal development.
- Assisting in the management of territory logistics to ensure maximum market penetration in Philadelphia.
- The Entry Level Account Manager will also learn to lead daily morning huddles that ignite the team’s competitive fire and clarify the day’s objectives.
