What You'll Bring:
- Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience
- Residential maintenance experience preferred; entry-level welcomed
- Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
- Independently able to plan, organize, and perform high-quality detail-oriented work
- Valid driver's license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within travel time or cost
- 3 weeks of paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, and 48 hours of sick leave
