In this role, you will use your eye of excellence to perform the essential functions of the role; such as, make readies, residential service requests, general maintenance work orders, and asset preservation, all while ensuring you follow proper safety protocol. When you join this close-knit team, you will work with your team members (maintenance and office team) to achieve community goals.

The compensation range for this position is $27 - $31/hr! Base pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills and experience.

What You Will Do:

What You'll Bring:
- Residential maintenance experience preferred, 2 years ideal
- Ability to work on the weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
- Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience
- Independently able to plan, organize, and follow through on work
- Have an "eye for excellence" / detail-oriented
- Valid California driver's license is required as driving is an essential job function, and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g., ride-hailing, carpooling, bicycling, walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within travel time or cost
