Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative and office operations
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails professionally
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Communicating with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Supporting management with clerical and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in chemical, logistics, or industrial environments is a plus
