We are looking for: - a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, similar degree or comparable experience - 4 years of experience; experience using Apple-based systems and Adobe CS, Figma, Dropbox, and creating digital-ready art for use across multiple platforms What is the work? Production: - Banner creation – layout, export, upload - Iteration - make one creative idea work across a variety of mediums - Assemble and deliver requested sizes for creative - Web layout - Design for social media channels - Attend collaboration meetings to maintain timelines and requests - Establish / follow production standards of various digital channels - Maintain a working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma - Work closely with HRM Project Manager - Ability to prioritize multiple parallel projects
Qualifications:
What is your background? - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, a similar degree, or equivalent job experience - Experience creating web-ready static and motion digital assets for platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Google Ads. - Experience maintaining schedules and deadlines Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an HRM Digital Designer? - Working knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition, and brand - Working knowledge of digital formats and their limitations - Working knowledge of Figma, Google Web Designer, After Effects - Proficiency in Adobe CS, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Mac OS, Dropbox - Advanced verbal / written communication skills - Strong organization and time-management skills; attention to detail - Ability to share clear and concise information - Ability to manage / prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines - Ability to read and interpret creative briefs and timelines - Ability to solve problems in a collaborative manner - Ability to troubleshoot deliverable assets and their time cost - Self-starter - Resourceful - Collaborative team player Can you… - Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment - Travel by car or plane with overnight stays (rarely) - Sit for extended periods - Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more - Work extended hours 04-2022 ADV3232 MKTNG3232
