Summary Of Position
The Supply Chain Analyst helps support demand forecasting, inventory analysis, and supply chain operations across assigned product lines and distribution programs. This role works with data, forecasts, and analytical reporting to help the business make informed decisions and maintain strong product availability and customer service levels.
The analyst monitors demand at the item, collection, and customer level and provides information needed to help supply chain operations run efficiently and meet company goals and KPIs. This role gathers data, prepares reports, tracks trends, and supports planning activities across procurement, production, inventory control, transportation, and distribution functions.
This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Purchasing/Inventory Planning to support forecasting, inventory management, and operational performance.
Products
Primary lines are imported / sourced furniture groups, augmented by domestic manufacturing, as needed.

Vietnam, India, Philippines, Indonesia, North America, South America, and Central America

Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using sales history, trends, promotions, and business insights.
- Monitor demand at the item, collection, and customer level.
- Support monthly forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
- Review forecast accuracy and identify risks, trends, or changes in demand.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to improve forecast reliability.
- Help identify opportunities to improve inventory flow and customer service.
- Gather and analyze supply chain and sales data.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, graphs, charts, and KPI tracking tools.
- Provide reporting and performance updates to management.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and service metrics.
- Support business reviews and operational planning meetings with data and reporting.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other teams to support supply chain performance.
- Maintain planning information and item settings within ERP and forecasting systems.
- Support inventory transfer planning and stocking strategies.
- Monitor unusual demand patterns and help resolve inventory or supply concerns.
- Assist with supply chain projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience in supply chain, forecasting, inventory planning, analytics, operations, or related business functions preferred but not required.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
- Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, or reporting platforms preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled tools, dashboards, or analytics platforms is a plus.
- This role is open to candidates with diverse backgrounds. A college degree is not required. Equivalent experience, skills, and demonstrated ability are equally valued.
