What You’ll DoThis role blends executive support, operations coordination, event execution, and office management responsibilities. No two days will look the same.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for senior executives
- Keep leadership organized, on track, and prepared for meetings, deadlines, travel, and client commitments
- Coordinate high-end client and investor events, dinners, meetings, and networking functions
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and last-minute schedule changes with professionalism and urgency
- Serve as a gatekeeper and problem solver for executives in a fast-moving environment
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials, reports, and follow-up items
- Help drive accountability by tracking priorities, action items, and outstanding deliverables
- Support office operations and administrative workflows as the company continues to scale
- Assist with vendor coordination, expenses, logistics, and special projects
- Jump in wherever needed — this is a startup-minded environment where flexibility matters
