This position is for a fast-paced investment banking group and is tasked with providing a full suite of support functions in connection with equity and equity-linked securities issued by the Investment Banking Division. The candidate must be detail-oriented, quick-thinking and capable of multi-tasking. Duties include editing materials, scheduling meetings and conference calls, answering phone calls, assisting with preparations for industry conferences, filing, and updating databases. The candidate would take responsibility for all Investment Banking related transactions coordination with syndicate members, legal counsel, and investors. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling meetings/calls and preparing roadshow schedules
- Assist with preparations of leading industry conference
- Lead and schedule internal conference calls to ensure pre-closing requirements have been met
- Maintain contact with other external settlements partners to identify, research, and resolve issues
- Position Organize, manage, and facilitate deal-related roadshows in both physical and virtual capacities
- Build daily marketing schedules; coordinate meeting times and feasibility based upon travel, investor demand and client availability
- Prepare daily itineraries, investor profiles and meeting planners in a timely fashion
- Coordinate Zoom meetings (for those meetings not held in person), maintain internal roadshow schedule system
- Execute multiple events with varying deadlines in a high-pressure environment, aligned with business objectives
- Must work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with C-Suite management teams in person during physical roadshows when management is in our office
Qualifications
- Entry level candidate/recent graduate seeking position in New York City
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- FINRA Series 7 License or the ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire
