As a Telecommunications Agent, you’ll represent trusted fiber internet, wireless, and TV brands in a face-to-face, field-based setting across the greater White Hall area.
This is a sales role that blends customer support, territory outreach, and direct sales. You’ll help customers find the right service plans, guide them through enrollment, and become a go-to expert for telecom solutions in your area.
What You'll Do as a Telecommunications Agent:
- Educate customers on available service plans, bundles, and promotions
- Recommend internet, TV, and wireless solutions based on individual needs
- Assist with onboarding, installation scheduling, and service setup
- Maintain organized records of enrollments and sales activity
- Work with sales leads to strategize and optimize outreach performance
- Represent our clients and company with professionalism, energy, and integrity
