Position Overview
H.B. Fuller is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role ensures equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
The salary for this role is $33 - $35/hr.

Primary Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for industrial machinery
- Inspect motors, transformers, and control panels for safety and performance
- Diagnose and resolve issues in complex control systems
- Interpret schematics and technical diagrams for installations and repairs
- Install conduit systems and wiring layouts
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with NEC and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or similar field
- Proficiency with three-phase power and high-voltage systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Experience with PLCs and automation systems
- Familiarity with OSHA and LOTO protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
