No Experience CDL-A Driver – Southeast Regional - Apopka, FL

Looking for an opportunity to put your CDL to work? MJP is hiring CDL-A solo drivers for Northeast regional routes based out of Apopka, FL. No experience is needed. Recent CDL graduates receive paid training, hands-on instruction, and ongoing support designed to help them succeed on the road.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,800/week
• Annual equivalent: $68,000–$950,000/year
• CPM Rate: 55¢–65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 10 years)
• Miles: ~2,000 - 2,500 per week
• Sign-on bonus: $2,000 (paid over the period of 2 months)

Home Time

• Home once a week(minimum 34-hour reset)

Orientation

• Three-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers
• Orientation pay: $100 per day
• Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation

Freight & Routes

Freight consists of 100% no-touch general commodity loads serving customers across the Southeast. The account offers established regional lanes, dependable miles, and a consistent flow of freight throughout the year.

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia
• Drivers will get an assigned truck
• All trucks are automatic - drivers with manual restrictions are welcome

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• No prior experience needed
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must reside within 100 miles of Apopka, FL
• Basic load securement awareness required (no unloading)
• No major violations in the last 12 months
• MVR checked for last 3 years
• Background check for last 10 years
• Must pass hair & urine drug test

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
• Deliver freight safely and on time
• Operate automatic tractor with 48’–53’ trailer
• Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
